Armo

Asema Kustannus, 2027. Even as a child, something pulls Emmi into another dimension. In this place, the dark sides of things and other people are visible to her. The looks and touches of others make holes in her, and she tries to hide the ever-creeping black sludge that escapes from her nostrils or mouth. Emmi's life is hell. It has been for as long as she can remember. Armo tells the story of this life, of incredible adventures through bars, bedrooms, acts of violence, delusions, and the depths of psychiatric hospitals.

Emmi Valve's autobiographical graphic novel is raw, brutal, and intense, spiced with a large dose of dark humor.
Armo has also been published in French and Swedish.
